Principal’s Update

Students have been working really hard over the last week on their mock exams and assessments. These continue for another week. Please visit the website here for the full assessment timetables and a list of revision topics to support your child’s preparation. The grades will be shared in the first progress check of the year which will be publish on PAM before the end of term. Year 11 and year 13 students will receive their grades at Parent Day on Tuesday 7th January 2025 (further details below).
Additional Studies Update
The Additional Studies Winter Break has now begun. Sessions will resume on Tuesday, 28th January 2024. Until then, the school day will end at 3:30 PM unless your child is attending detentions, after-school clubs or rehearsals.
Sixth Form Open Evening
Our Sixth Form Open Evening on Thursday, 21st November 2024 was a huge success. It was fantastic to see so many prospective students engaging with our staff and learning more about the opportunities in Sixth Form. A big thank you to our current Sixth Form students who gave up their time to offer tours and answer questions. Their efforts were crucial in creating such a welcoming and informative event. City Bake Off 2024
The 2024 City Bake Off took place on Monday, 18th November 2024, and it was a spectacular event. Congratulations to all participants—your cakes looked amazing and tasted even better. Special recognition goes to our winners:

Year 11 & 13 Parents’ and Carers’ Day
Our Year 11 and Year 13 Parent and Carers’ Day is on Tuesday, 7th January 2025.
This is your opportunity to meet your child’s subject teachers, discuss their progress and review their mock exam results before the final exams. Please note that mock results will not be shared with students prior to this event.

- 1:00 PM – 3:15 PM (last entry at 2:45 PM)
- 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (last entry at 6:30 PM)
- Important Information:
- Students must attend with parents/carers and be in full school uniform.
