A-level & BTEC Results

OUTSTANDING RESULTS CONFIRM AN OUTSTANDING YEAR FOR THE CITY ACADEMY HACKNEY SIXTH FORM

The City Academy, Hackney once again bucks national trends with outstanding A-level and BTEC results.

The City Academy, Hackney students have achieved an outstanding set of results with 60% of students awarded A* to B grades, contradicting national trends which have seen A level results go down.

Despite never having sat public examinations before, the students did themselves proud. The results are a fitting end to a fantastically successful year for The City Academy Hackney Sixth Form following OFSTED’s ‘Outstanding’ judgment earlier in the year.

  • 33% of grades A/A*
  • 60% of grades A* to B
  • 35% of students achieved A* or B grade in all of their subjects
  • 10% of students achieved A* to A grade in all of their subjects
